Yes, I do. Typically we work from around 7 am to 7 pm throughout the week and sometimes on weekends. I try to get out on any weekends and holidays when I'm not working. I have an advantage in that I'm living in northern Italy and I can hop on a night train Friday after work and be in Paris, Munich, Vienna, Nice, Rome, Naples, Zurich, Geneva, Salzburg, Budapest, Barcelona or other places the next morning. There are a few seats/berths on most trains at discounted prices. I found a fare for 38 euro from Arezzo, Italy to Vienna for someone today. There are also lots of budget airlines. Until recently, there were some really good fares available. I had a round trip flight from Verona to Amsterdam for under 75 euro once. The trick is to be flexible and willing to check multiple sources in any available time at home and take advantage of bargains at the last minute when the opportunity arises.
