Would you rather travel far to work but the job is pleasant OR work close to home but the job is hard?

I can't decide if I want to work in another town( a printing company) where i have to drive for half an hour on the freeway to get there. The work is quite easy and the pay is ok, meanwhile, there is one bakery near my home that i heard people say that working there is very hard, hot, dusty and the pay is excellent. It takes me only 10 minutes to get there. Any suggestions?

I prefer to work on my laptop from where ever I want. Including the beach...
