How do you find agencies that employ warehouse type work that, put you up in hotel, pay perdiem, and travel?

I once worked for a company named Strom Engineering on a temporary basis operating a forklift for the Ralph's and Food4Less Strike a few years back. They paid for my travel from Chicago to LosAngeles, paid for hotel, and per diem for food. I was wondering if anyone else knew of any other companies like this or on where to look for them. Google Americas Job Bank. You sound as though you are prior service. You could also google the state national guard. For example MA National Guard. Go to the HRO section or employment section. Most states will have civilian department of defense jobs. Good luck!
