What are some good work and travel program websites?

I´m thinking about taking a year or two off of school to participate in travel and work programs. I´m thinking about the following countries:

Russia

Ireland

Scotland

Spain

Italy

Greece

The Netherlands

I can speak German and English fluently, and I am just now starting to learn russian. I am open to learning new languages and meeting new people. Does anyone know of good website with work and travel programs?
