Is it possible to get a job or work in singapore while on travel/visit visa?

If I go to Singapore on visit or travel visa, is it possible to get a job?or can i work there while on travel/visit visa?

Work with out any Work-Pass ( work permit/S-pass/EP) case Find up to $ 5000.00 or jail. also send back immediately after find/jail. but you are allow to search for jobs even interview.if you enter by social visit visa/pass .if you can get jobs, you employee will apply Permit for you , before permit approved, is no allow to start work. Time is very bad, even local citizen not easy to get jobs , at this moment people will not take RISK to hire those 30 days visa holder, is vere easy to get local people to work now. you have to " drop " this ideal.. Welcome to Singapore ! ( but not to work with out permit )

Travel/visit visa is for your enjoyment of stay as a tourist to spend money & collect the memories & facilities for future consideration to come again.

Must obtain work permit to work for short or long term. As volunteer for free services during your stay is welcomed by Charitable Organisations for your gaining of experiences in S'pore.

The answer is no. You got to check with the Ministry of Manpower(MOM) about working in Singapore as a foreigner. If you are on a study pass eg: studying in sec/poly/etc, you are allowed to work in Singapore. For deeper details you have to call MOM directly.

hope this will help you.

The name of the visa is VISIT. So what do you think you can do with it? Go check a dictionary if you are sill not convinced.

Well, you can look for a job, attend interviews, but once you get the job offer, you must apply for and get a Work Permit before you can begin the job.

Absolutely not!

On Visit visa you cannot work in any country.

Hi, I don't think so, your visa do not permit you to get a job, its not a working visa.

if u are as pretty as your pic... then.. U ARE HIRED!
