I wanna know if I want to work at Canada, What should I do? Can I use Travel Visa to get into Canada?

Can I use Travel Visa to get into Canada, after that I only apply the Working Permit at the Canada once I get the job at Canada. This can be work or not? If no, any other way can provide to me as a reference? What should I do to apply the working apply too? Thank you so much.
