Help, how to find a job offer for a student on work and travel program?

My niece is urgently seeking a job in the USA after Work and Travel Program for students. She's applied for J1 visa. Preferable occupations are houskeeping, waitress, counter, hotels, cafes, anything excl hospitals and babysitting. Seasonal work summer 2007. Who can help? Valuable links? Contacts?
